    Per quattro persone

    Ingredienti

    320 G Pasta Tipo Fettuccine
    1 Pugno Foglie Di Menta (30/50 G)
    2 Limoni (scorza Gialla Grattugiata)
    3 Cucchiai Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano
    Olio D'oliva Extra vergine

    Tritare le foglie di menta, unire la buccia dei limoni e gli altri ingredienti.
    Mescolare accuratamente con l'olio fino a dare al tutto la consistenza di un pesto, che assume un bel colore tra il giallo e il verde.
    Intanto si fa bollire l'acqua per cuocere la pasta, circa 80 g a testa.
    Quando le fettuccine sono cotte, si scolano e si passano nel pesto, mescolando accuratamente.
