Che dieta segui?
Mi raccomando sgrarra tutte le volte che ti viene un languorino, è il modo migliore per dimagrire!!

p.s. per chi avesse paura di ingrassare se smette, voglio dire che io ho proprio esagerato col cibo, non durante i pasti ma ai pasti. le mie papille gustative erano impazzite e mangiavo primo secondo frutta e dolce sia a pranzo che a cena.
poi li ho persi in 3 mesi [SM=x44462]

ho iniziato da pochissimo (5 giorni)..seguo la weight watchers (non so se hai presente..cmq al momento mi trovo benissimo) praticamente i cibi e le bevande vengono conteggiati in punti secondo una formula che tiene conto di calorie, grassi e fibre etu sai che hai un tot di punti al giorno che non puoi superare...

con questo sistema non mi tolgo davvero nulla, stamattina ho fatto colazione con una fetta di strudel (azz...8 punti e ne ho 28-32 al giorno!) però che buono [SM=x44486]

me ne mancano altri due di chili per l'obiettivo.
Fino ad ora sono a 900 cal circa.
Ne consumo 1300-1400 pro die!
