I decided to start up an e-card for Simon to show him the support we have for him during his difficult recovery time.
I am aware that there is a FB page with this purpose as well but seriously not everybody has a FB or Twitter, etc and by just liking a page it doesn't show what u wanna tell Simon. I've pm'd with the person who started the page and they are cool with helping me out with posting this e-card on their site as well.
As of yesterday, I was made aware of an e-card that went around Twitter last month. I didn't know about this until yesterday and I'm in no way competing or getting notoriety off of this. I'm simply passing it around to all I know because we all have 1 band in common. Furthermore, when I did look at the e-card, I only saw a couple of familiar names on it and this leads me to believe that not everyone knew about this card going around.
I'm not sure if you are familiar with this card company but u can change font, font color, how the message should be positioned(slanted), and even a picture along with the message. You can come directly thru the card link or use Facebook as well.
I'm gonna have this run until the end of the month(June 30th) at 11pm(Central Standard Time)just to have it open to everyone and that it'll have time to let people contribute to the card. So u can pass it out amongst your peeps, it would be much appreciated.
