Opponent wanted

G'day,

I'm an Australia ASL player who has moved to Trieste a couple of months ago for work. I'm starting to learn Italian (slowly). If there are any ASL players in the vicinity I'm keen for a game.

I'm happy to play most scenarios. The only preference I have is that I'm keen to play scenarios that I have not played before. Also happy to play some VASL.

Thanks guys for your response. I hope to get to one of the Italian competitions this year, probably the later. I may be able to make it to one of your Venice gatherings. I was wondering when and where they are.

I'm Paolo Cariolato from Verona.
Trieste is a bit far away for me but I'm trying to get in touch with some friend of mine that live in Trieste.

In any event you could consider our Winter Gathering, a 3 days ASL feast in Modena (2-4 february 2007), last year there were 2 ASLers from California and they have a good time. Don't worry for your italian, everybody speaks some degree of English.
