In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen +

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Our Father, three Hail Marys and a Glory be for the Pope's intentions.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.

hail Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

    Ave Maria, gratia plena,
    Dominus tecum,
    benedicta tu in mulieribus,
et benedictus fructus ventris tui Iesus.
    Sancta Maria mater Dei,

    unseres Todes.
    Amen

Glory be to the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

The Fourth Joyful Mystery: The Presentaion of Jesus in the Temple

"And when the days of their purification, according to the law of Moses, were completed, they brought Him up to Jerusalem to present Him to the Lord as it is written in the law of the Lord, "every firstborn male that opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord" [Luke 2: 22-23]

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed by Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

The fifth joyful mystery is the Finding of the Child Jesus in the Temple. Lesson: Diligence in looking for Jesus. May we ever find Him at the center of our lives.

In reverence of this mystery, let us pray the Our Father, ten Hail Marys and the Gloria Patri.

[In Spanish, which is how I grew up saying the Rosary:]

    The Lord's Prayer:

Padre nuestro, que estas en los cielos,
    santificado sea el Tu nombre,
venga a nos el Tu reino,
    hagase Tu voluntad
    danosle hoy,
    y perdonanos nuestras deudas
    asi como nostros perdonamos
    a nuestros deudores,
    Amen.

    The Hail Mary (x10)

    Dios te salve, Maria,
    llena eres de gracia,
    el Senor es contigo.
    Bendita tu eres

    Amen.

    The Gloria Patri..

    Gloria al Padre
    y al Hijo
    y al Espiritu Santo,
    como era en el principio,
    asi ahora y siempre
por todos los siglos de los siglos.
    Amen.

    Lord Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell;
and lead all souls into heaven, especially those who are most in need. Amen.

The usual concluding prayers of each set of mysteries are the following:

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, hail our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, oh most Gracious Mother of God, thine eyes of mercy upon us, and after this our exile, show unto us the fruit of thy womb, Jesus, oh clement, oh loving, oh most sweet Virgin Mary!

    THE LITANY OF LORETO
(I am posting the Latin version. Like the Litany of All Saints, chanted during the funeral of JP-II and the procession to the Sistine chapel before the Conclave, the Litany to Our Lady sounds to me most moving chanted in Latin).

    Kyrie eleison!
    Christe eleison!
    Kyrie eleison!
    Christe audi nos!
    Christe exaudi nos!

Pater de caelis Deus, miserere nobis.
Fili, Redemptor mundi, Deus, miserere nobis.
    Spiritus Sancte deus, miserere nobis.

[The response to each of the following is
Ora pro nobis, pray for us] -

Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi - Exaudi nos, Domine.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi - Mieserere nobis.

In my family, we said an antiphon and a short prayer following the litany, which I never learned in English as it was not part of the practice at school. I have provided a translation.

    ANTIPHON:
[We take refuge under your protection, Holy Mother of God. Do not ignore our pleas for our needs and keep us free from all dangers, oh glorious and blessed Virgin.
Pray for us, Holy Mother of God,
-That we may be worthy of the promises of Jesus Christ
    .]

    PRAYER:
Amen.
[Grant, oh Lord our God, to us Your servants, that we may enjoy health of soul and body, and through the glorious intercession of the blessed ever Virgin Mary, may You deliver us from our present sorrows and may we partake of eternal joy, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
    .]

My Missal recommends a Credo dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus after this, but that was not part of our practice at home. We did end the whole recitation with -

Ave Maria Purisima, sin pecado concebida!
(Hail Mary most pure, conceived without sin!)

The Mysteries of Light: The Baptism of Christ in the Jordan

"In those days Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptised by John in the Jordan.Immediately, coming up out of the water, he saw the Heavens opening, and the Spirit, like a dove, descending on Him; and a voice came out of the Heavens:You are My beloved Son, in You I am well pleased." [Mark 1: 9.10]

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us, this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

    The second luminous mystery
    The Wedding at Cana

The first miracle of Jesus, and his self-manifestation, was at a wedding in Cana, where he opened the hearts of his disciples to faith. Mary, his mother, said to the waiters "So whatever he tells you". May we be faithful to the Word Incarnate, and obedient to his will.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed by thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
