The Oakland Raiders have signed 10-time Pro Bowl defensive back Rod Woodson.

Woodson, who was named to the NFL’s 75th Anniversary Team and the All-NFL Team of the Decades for the 1990s, joins the Oakland Raiders, the Team of the Decades, after spending the past four seasons with the Baltimore Ravens.

Raiders Sign Hatchette, Ackerman

The Oakland Raiders have signed free agent wide receiver Matthew Hatchette. The 6-3, 205-pounder has played in 59 league games in five NFL seasons—four with the Minnesota Vikings and last year with the New York Jets.

Hatchette has caught 45 passes for 684 yards (15.2 avg.) and four touchdowns with a long of 80 yards. The 28-year old Hatchette originally entered the NFL as Minnesota’s seventh round pick out of Langston University in Oklahoma.

The Raiders last week signed offensive lineman Tom Ackerman. The 6-4, 300-pounder has played in 78 league contests since entering the NFL with the New Orleans Saints in 1996 as a fifth round pick out of Eastern Washington. Ackerman, 29, has seen action at center, guard and tackle during his NFL career.
