Piuttosto, io mi sono informato su questo modello svedese che tanto viene decantato. Una commissione indipendente ha fatto un report a fine 2020 arrivando alla conclusione che il governo ha fallito nel proteggere la popolazione anziana. Persino il re ha detto che la loro strategia ha fallito (cfr.

Insomma, se hai bisogno di un'operazione ti puoi attaccare. In effetti noi vediamo i morti da covid e constatiamo che in Svezia sono morte meno persone in percentuale rispetto all'Italia; ma a fine pandemia bisognerà vedere quante persone in più sono morte in questi mesi rispetto alla media degli anni passati nei due paesi, perché tra le vittime della pandemia ci sono anche i malati di altre patologie che sono stati trascurati da un sistema sanitario in sovraccarico.
Inoltre, anche la motivazione dell'economia non regge, dal momento che durante una crisi globale di questo genere crescere è estremamente difficile, se almeno non si veniva da movimenti economici estremamente favorevoli nel periodo pre-pandemia. L'Italia ha perso circa 10 punti di PIL, la Svezia 7: considerando la condizione di stagnazione dell'Italia pre-pandemia e di crescita della Svezia, i risultati sono del tutto simili.
