La stanza singola è disponibile fino ad APRILE(forse anche Maggio). L'appartamento è Nuovo (!) ed è fornito di tutto: è composto da cucina (con forno e lavastoviglie), salotto (con lettore dvd), bagno (con lavatrice) e ovviamente le due stanze da letto.
Sto cercando una coinquilina che sia tranquilla (lavoro spesso da casa), pulita (!!!) e non fumatrice.
Accanto all'appartamento c'è un parcheggio gratuito e non custodito.La zona è tranquilla ed è una laterale di Via Borgo Palazzo; ci sono 4 linee di bus che portano comodamente in città alta e in aeroporto (linea 1) e in centro città (linee 2-8-7).

Single room available in an apartment on the 4th floor of a building (with elevator). Bright single room with balcony, single bed, desk, wardrobe. The single room is available until APRIL (maybe May).
The apartment is fully furnished and new and is composed by kitchen (with oven, dishwasher), living room (with tv+dvd player), bathroom (with washing machine) and the two bedrooms.
Looking for female flatmate non-smoker and quiet person. (I often work from home and don't need too much mess around!!!).
If you have the car there's a free parking place just outside the building. The area is a quiet area (a cross street of Borgo Palazzo) and is well connected with the city center and the airport thanks to 4 buses lines (line 1/line 2/ line 8/ line 7).
