Kiril Kunev.-INTRODUCTION TO THE CONFERENCS.
In a spring of 1992,it became known that a team from the Ministry of Defense was conducting some mysterious activities deeply underground in the village of Tsarichina.This news in itself was sufficient to excite public curiosity.Even when nothing yet was known with certainty, it generated strange opinions,phantasmogoric hypotheses and caustic remarks.This subject arose an interest even at a plenary session of the National Assembly,but at that stage the truth about Tsarichina was veiled in the secrecy.
Significant disturbance was caused by findings of the expert commission created on 12 September 1992,by Ministry of Defense,to assess this case.From then on,many solutions generated more questions and discussions.As result,the interest toward Tsarichina case,gradually increased.
Representatives of Gallup in Sofia,have conducted a survey in the population of the capital.On the question:"Do you believe that in Tsarichina there is an UFO phenomenon?" 34.8% responded "Yes",31.8% -"No" "In the case if there is an UFO phenomenon,should the State be involved ,47.l% answered "Yes", 29.1% think that this is not a State's business.The relative high percentage of believers that in Tsarichina there is an UFO phenomenon is an indication of cosmic awareness of a public conscieusness.
This positive process,as any other,contains some risks.Dangers of an uncontrolable development are already apparent.Psychic disorders, disturbances in social and individual relations,acceptance of weird and absurd ideas.
regarding Tsarichina phenomenon this is an illustration: there is a mutual mistrust between traditional science and investigative ambitions. On one side,there is an uncompromising stand against anything uncon-ventionnal,on other side - credulous acceptance of strange notions as truth.
Is there any object in the Tsarichina cavity?One cannot disregard various occurences,psychic effects communications with Cosmos etc. The purpose of this conference is to assemble a variety of opinions so that they could express their position in academic manner. Please,allow me to open the inter-disciplinary conference on Tsarichina phenomenon.
Stamen Stamenov. -TSARICHINA PHENOMENON, WHAT IS IT?
The brief analysis of Tsarichina phenomenon has a purpose to emphasize on the"phenomenal"in the Tsarichina case,which may be expressed in two directions:
1.- The fact of the occurence with its non-typical characteristics. 2.- The assimilation of it by the public.
Moving in the first direction in chronological order,the case began its development in December 1990,when the Ministry of Defense was confronted with it.An unusual activity for the Ministry of Defense.Nevertheless,the Ministry got involved,undertook its realization according to its own plans,on which was applied the seal of secrecy and given a code name. The Ministry of Defense received informations about an object of special importance,from a source,and two others,independent from each other bio-energetic tests (dowsing),where psychics has proven their abilities. The latter were invited to the Ministry of Defense,and the work began. At first to check psychics'technical abilities,followed by collection of informations about the object itself.In the test program of psychics were included bio-energy diagnostics,psychometry,proscopy and retroscopy, and questions of National,Global and personnal significances.Results of these investigations were forwarded to the Chief of the General Staff, general-colonel Radniu Minchev,who rated them conclusive enough to undertake by the Ministry of Defense the search and retrieval of the object.
In this scheme was included a third psychic,of contactee type,who received independently of two other sources,almost identical informations about the object.
The Ministry of Defense,through gen.col.Minchev appointed a team whose task was to interpret informations as received by psychic,and recorded word by word in the working diary of the team.Later the psychic-contactee was replaced by another one of the same type.This work lasted until September 1992.
At the same time as this team received,documented,systematized and analyzed informations,there was conducted a task of recognisance: study of the area, collection of informations from the local population about so-called paranormal occurences.Later the work-team itself has encountered such occurences in the area of the object,which also were recorded in the working diary. Informations received by "psychotronic"means,represented texts in Bulgarian language,and hyerogliphic symbols in Sanscrit, ancient Egyptian,ancient Chinese writings.These were duly recorded and
sent for decoding to local and foreign specialists,while keeping rules
of secrecy.Opinions given by scientists and specialists on these writings
are kept at the Ministry of Defense and are not yet made public.
Later,under a pressure from the media,things connected to a "Big digging"
in Tsarichina by the Ministry of Defense,reached the Parliament.
The Ministry of Defense has a new leading team,which will take decision
on Tsarichina case.Appointed are:
Geology - Leader Dr.Zsivko Ivanov,University of Sofia.
Archeology - Leader Bozsidar Dimitrov,National historical Museum.
Psychiatry - Leader 'Lt.Colonel Kaludiev.
Continuing with analysis in the second direction,the assimilation of
the event by the public,it is necessary to notice:
1.- The public is not prepared.practically,and little prepared theoretically to face an event of the paranormal type.
2.- About a conduct of excavation by the Ministry.lt should entrust the investigation of scientific factors to competences on the material side only - the object.(Are there finds of archeological origins, what is a geological state of the object,what is a psychic state of contactee and working team).Nothing morel
Later,at the insistence of representatives of Phenomenon Association,
was included a commission on psychotronic investigation,headed by Dr.
Atanas Strigachev,president of the Phenomenon association.
Conclusions.
1.- Tsarichina case fully demonstrates unpreparedness of the public, facing the event of unusual character.
2.- The contemporary science,or the larger part of its representatives has a tendency to"walk on old paths",There is a conservatism,caree-rism,lack of interest,full or partial disdain or negation of the extraordinary or anomalous occurences,labeled as provocations by the science,which led the public to the state of psychosis.
Dimitri 0vcharov.-HISTORICAL-ARCHEOLOGICAL EXPERTISE ON TSARICHINA AND ON CONNECTED EVENTS.
The “Big Dig" at Tsarichina is indeed a phenomenon.lt will be remembered as a phenomenon,and an example of mismanagement of means and efforts, unproved scientific proofs,leading to no results.However,the results of a digging of a huge tunnel,which will witness in the future to the fact that when investigations are conducted - there must be a scientific foundation.
Science got involved in Tsarichina at the end of 1992.I was called to the Ministry of Defense, asked for an advice,and gave my consent to head one of the working teams.
Once to my office at the National Archeological Museum arrived general Dinev.He introduced himself as a representative of the Ministry of Defense,and asked me if I can give a consultation on some writings.He warned me to promise not to speak to anyone about this,because it is a state secret.I kept my word for two years.Then he has shown me 30 - 40 sheets with signs,which could be considered as writing.After examining them,I concluded that it looks like Egyptian writing with some cuneiform texts,signs related to Sumerian,and also Japanese and Chinese hieroglyphs It was interesting,because inserted between texts were drawings of the Sphinx,pyramides,human figures with solar disc above their heads etc. Naturally,I asked where these writings came from.General Dinev said that there will be no answer on a question.As I saw that all.was written on a notebook,I asked:"What was the original?Papyrus?Pergament?"Again,general Dinev said that he cannot say.I looked again at the writings and went to consult my coworkers - specialists in Egyptian and Hitite.Their assesment was skeptical.I suspected that it was a falsification.I advised general Dinev to consult scientists abroad.He categorically refused:"Informations contained in these writings are so important to us,that I will never leave them in foreign hands."
At that time,I did not know about Tsarichina digging or Tsarichina phenomenon.But it seems that general Dinev listened to me,since - I have learnt it later - he had sent copies abroad and received answers. I was wondering why he came to me at all.Later I learnt that when it came to decipher these writings,"Higher power"or"They"as military call them ,have sent a message:"In the National Archeological Museum,there is a person named Dimitri,who will help you."This person was me,since there is no other Dimitri.I understand that I was selected "from above"to take part in this endeavor. I don't know if I have met expectations of extraterrestrials ,"Roro"and others.
Later I was shown replies from foreign scientists on writings.For the most part,(about 10-12)said:"These things don't interest us and we have no opinion.They are not serious".Eventhough I could not understand these writings,I started to isolate some letters or words to determine their repetition,as did foreign scientists.Dr.Hobbs said that this is not an ancient writing.This is an imitation of Chinese,Kidale East,Indian,Arabic and Egyptian writings.Professor Isaac Fichtman from Israel thinks that this is a cyphered information,copied probably from papyrus,but said nothing definite.
-Other 6-7 persons think that this is Hittite or Chinese.Some even propose that these are writings from South America.All this was left open before our commission, appointed by the Ministry of Defense,together with a mystery of "Tsarichina excavation".
Now,a third question,concerning psychics-contactees.There were two contactees.One of them has committed suicide - why,that is another story.
Contactee Naplatanova has led military to Tsarichina,but before her,there was Mr.Kekemenov.About him - later.After death of Naplatanova,there was only Elizaveta Loginova,from whom writings were obtained.At the end of our investigation,the commission requested a meeting with her.We were warned to go easy on her,and not to tire her during the meeting.And that if we ask "some"questions, "they" from above may say:"We don't have to answer that".So,we met her.She is a very sympathetic person and not shy in conversation.She took questions and answered them calmly.That's and impression I got,when I asked her about "written signs".She said: "I write following informations"they"send me.I don't know what I write. I don't know the question.Through me,your question reaches"them"and I record word for word.She is a mechanical writer-contactee,according to her word,of course.We asked if she attended courses in ceramics or glass, and if she studied ancient writings as a part of design.At first she denied.Denied too quickly.Then she remembered that she attended some lectures. Someone suggested that she is very intelligent,with active mind, and could create these things without any"outside"influence.I assert that I don't accuse the contactee in fabrication,falsification,and leading us astray.May be these appear at times,but I let explanations to those who deal with this problem.We asked her few more questions. One of them was related to Tsar Samuil.lt was not a haphazard question, because we wanted to know what is being searched in Tsarichina. At first it was a question of a gold treasure.A typical treasure-hunt story.Later there were some inscriptions.Then it evolved to the assumption that there are remains of the first man on Earth.Since it is not Adam - it must be some cosmic visitor.Why we think so?Because the first information came from Dimitri Kekemenov,with whom began all this confusion,as colonel Kunev describes exactly in his book.
"He, (Kekemenov) said that he knows where the place is.We asked if he can point it to us. - "Sure,of course."readily said Kekemenov. "Mitko,what did you dream in the night from Friday to Saturday?"asked him Dimitri Sirakov,the psychic.Kekemenov became shy,but Sirakov prodded him."You were in the room,right?" - "Yes." - "And who was in the room with you?Vazov,Rakovski,Levski and Botev,right?" - "Yes." / These four,were 19th century Bulgarian revolutionnaries/."What they told you?" "Rakovski placed his hand on my shoulder and said: Dimitri,the Bulgar, lead the Bulgars!"- Then Sirakov said that he dreamt a same dream. As caustic as it may be,scientists and ministry began the works,which is wrong and condemnable.And this led to this ill fated "cavity". After commissions were formed,each of them were entrusted with specific assignments,according to their scientific qualifications.The problem was elementary.I had to go there,and see for myself what is this gallery of which it was said that it is interesting,well designed,inside of it are signs,constructions,walls.I had to determine whether there are artificial formations or not.
The second assignment was for geologists and geophysicists to determine the composition.If there is some radio-active background,and other occu-rences,which could lead to definite conclusions.I arrived at a"base", guarded as if ready for war,and in which worked officers from captain up. I inspected the area and found no human traces.I inspected the entrance to the cavity.It was a well,5-6 m.deep,and after that the tunnel continued with various twists down.Changes and directions were determined by the psychic.I carefully inspected the soil around the cavity.A layer of humus from 0.1 to l.0 m.thick,made from decomposed greenish and red rock. The soil has this curious coloration,on which there were no traces of human activity.I repeat - no traces of any kind of society from prehistoric times until now.
The military were digging the gallery downward by hand,in a most primitive manner.There also were no traces of human activity.At a depth of 5-6 m. appeared slanted strata which formed a smooth ceiling.No traces of drawings,no traces of mortar.There was a layer of salt over stones.There were no walls.Our conclusion was that at that place,there were no traces of any human activity at all.Of conscious human activity,we said.One of participants said:"If there is no trace of human activity,then there must be an extra-terrestrial presense".Yes,but this is like saying that if one digs a hole in front of the National Palace of Culture,and finds nothing - then it must be an indication of the cosmic presense. At several instances I was convincingly told that in Tsarichina is some paranormal activity.Some lighted objects appeared.May be ,but the connection between them and the excavation,must be better explained.If extraterrestrials are involved, - let it be,but the connection between cavity, treasure,writings,first man and extraterrestrials must be proved. Back to the contactee-psychic.We asked"them"a question:"Since you know that by the year 2000,humanity may perish,-why you give us such hard conditions?First to search for some texts - we don't know where.If we don't find them - we perish by the year 2000.Then we have to decipher them if we don't - we perish. Why aren't you specific? .Why don't you help us?". - The answer was:"We did what was possible,and what was needed. For the rest - get busy yourselves".Well,after an answer like this only one thing is left: keep digging until you reach America! I was impressed by geologists'and geophysicists'report.It says that if the digging continues for 10 more meters,an underground river may be reached,in which our beloved officers could drown.
And to finish,here is an answer to a journalist's provocative question: What could be done with this excavation? - If specialists prove that this excavation is fit to cultivate mushrooms - let us use it for this purpose.
Bozsidar Dimitrov.-TREASURE HUNTING.MYTHS AND REALITY.
In my 23 years career as an archeologist and historian,I have familiarized myself with a treasure hunting phenomenon.You all have heard that all this Tsarichina story is a typical treasure-hunting story.And all what followed is an attempt to save epaulettes and officers' caps.And as we understand that there is no treasure,it cannot be said according to formula "Victors are not judged".So,something has to be invented.
Someone who has read "One Odysee in cosmos in 2001"by Arthur Clark,concocted the whole story,and without much of imagination.Yes,those of you who have read the book or saw the film,will see that all this tale about Tsar Samuil's treasure is copied from there,and as I said - without imagination. I sympathize and understand people to be saved.Something had to be invented close to the army,something difficult to prove and difficult to reject. In that way,expenses can be justified,and then,the whole treasure-hunting story will be forgotten.Indeed,this was a real treasure-hunting story. At first contactees and psychics declared that this was a place where Tsar Samuil's treasure is hidden.And here went all officers to dig! It is not a first time in Bulgaria.Treasure-hunting is widely spread since ancient times up to today.There are distinctly two periods: The first one is a romantic period.The second,only 10-15 years old,may be called industrial-technological.In a latter period,treasure-hunting does not rely on legends,traditions and old maps,but,unfortunately relies on our archeological maps,who hang at exhibitions and in every museum.From them,one can learn where are ancient settlements and ancient graves.Then, using most modern techniques,tre sure-hunters go to the site,and on moonless night take what they can and disappear.
Romantic period lasted longer.Romantic approach is based on legends spread on the whole of Bulgaria.Usually,hunted treasures are of the last Tsars. In 70% of cases,one hunts for treasures of Tsar Ivan Shishman,which he hid just before a battle with Turks.The historical truth is that Ivan Shishman never fought Turks. 30% of cases are searches for Tsar Samuil's treasures. Other sought treasures are those of Priest Martin and guerilla Vulchan. These legends distort the historical truth,to beginn - if we take into account the amount of gold which is hidden.There are never less than several tons,sometimes 80,200,300 tons are mentionned.
Never in the history of Bulgarian lands,such amount could be accumulated in one location.No more than 20 kilograms.Such were conditions.In fact, tsars and emperors needed gold to mint coins,and coins have a tendency to disperse.Tsars and emperors had a least amount of gold,because it was minted into money to pay the administration and the army.Even money does not accumulate in one location.In the last 113 years,since coin finds are registered,the largest treasure contained 800 coins.All together there are about 1100 coins,or about 4-5 kilograms in gold.
Second: there are sharp discrepancies between legend and historical sources,concerning Tsars,priest Martin or guerilla Vulchan.

All indeed were historical persons.Example is this treasure in Tsari-chiina hidden by Tsar Samuil ,when in reality ,Samuil was in Macedonia, because Sofia and adjacent areas were taken by the Byzantine Empire in 1018.
Third: Possibly,when treasure-hunting adventure began in Tsarichina,it was imperatif to "cut ends"and get out of an uncomfortable situation. May be you wonder - how these important state institutions,all these high placed people,play treasure hunters.Old story.I have heard tales where state institutions did exactly that.Some stories are funny,others, are serious.
The most funny and curious story happened in my native city Sozopol,where there is an old Roman tunnel.It was a typical Roman sewer collector. Such tunnels existed in every Roman city from Gibraltar to Euphrates. The legend in Sozopol was that this tunnel contains a huge treasure, hidden when Bulgaria fell to the Turks.One local writer told this story to one member of the Politbureau.After listenning,the Politbureau fellow asked a logical question:"Since you know about it,why don't you take it?"The writer,surprised by such a logical question,blurted out what first came to his head: there is a fire damp gas there.Politbureau member said nothing,but the next morning the writer was awaken by the roar of the passing truck column,headed by the politbureau member and followed by fire damp experts from a nearby mines.The writer exited by the opposite gate,and hid for 3 days,because Politbureau fellow was looking for him ,pistol in hand.
So,what did the military in Tsarichina - is not without precedent.In fact,in the 30s,was founded a legitimate treasure-hunting association, with 600 members,and whose honorary member was Tsar Boris ²²².In the Tsarichina phenomenon - there is nothing paranormal.There was a wish to acquire a treasure,may be with a sincere intention to help Bulgaria in this difficult time.In all logic,what contactees reported, and the military canalyzed - is a pure treasure-hunting.And then,they had to save themselves.Someone have read Arthur Clark's "The odyssey through cosmos in 2001"and told the story.Some even believed. I don't think that Tsarichina case has paranormal occurences.
Asen Viktorov. - SOME RESULTS FROM COMPLEX GEOLOGICAL AND GEOPHYSICAL WORKS AT OBJECT TSARICHINA.
/ Detailed and extensive report on geological features of the area,reports on excavation and attached maps/
Tsvetko Kunev. -TSARICHINA- ENIGMA OR REALITY.
There are known elements of the Tsarichina phenomenon.Contact with the unknown partner (Source of information) .A stationnary object ,eventhough not recognized by the official science.Accompanying texts,(instructions), informations and drawings,unknown writings,(800 pages)and assorted activities of paranormal occurences in the atmosphere - at least 15. This time,let's consider these questions in several aspects: Stationnary object. Writings.
Analysis of present occurences in connection with the object. Reality and unicality of events, object ,writings and their interaction. Do the object,events and texts have any scientific value? The object No l,even underground is a reality,visible and tangible.This can be confirmed not only by the military crew,but by anyone who could touch it.Only 1.20 meters below ground is exposed a colorful construction.Pink is a dominating color.Others are yellow,white,red,gray,black, orange and brown.The eastern wall of the triangular opening at surface, has a black arrow,about lm.long.Probably this arrow points to the entrance to the object.
On the Northern wall,at a depth of 5.5m,there is a figure,ressembling a human,but larger.This figure is cherry-red,or so it seems by an electric light.
Writings.There are signs from Old-Bulgarian,Arabian,Indian,Southern Chinese and runic writings.There are numbers like 1,2,3,4,5,and also astrological signs Pisces ,Jupiter,Neptune,Capricorn.
/Follows an extended historical overviews of various writings and their appearance in the world,including secret writings used by Inquisition Alchemists, etc/
writings by E.Loginova contain in 800 pages.What could be decoded,tell about an event 2575 years ago.There is a mention of the civilization, which existed 8000 years ago.
Why was all this military activity?To receive iliisible,unneeded informations? If we apply our measurements,this process seems meaningless. It is not so.All 2 years of efforts demonstrate that all was carefully planned and thoroughly executed.
If texts were given to us,written in some known alphabet,what role will be ours?We received a message in Bulgarian:"You cannot expect that we give to you all.You must make an effort to decipher texts yourselves, and if needed - we will help you.Through the texts and the object,you will know us,and we will know you".
Some conclusions: Received writings are young and unknown to the Earthly science.Possibly,they were created for this contact.Age of writings is less than 100 years,(metric measurements mentionned).Contacts began with Kiki,followed by Roro,Sorel,Shield,Supreme Intelligence.There were 4 contectees at the beginning,but after 9 months only Elizaveta Loginova remained.Is that a hazard?-No.The deliberate selection was made.Same goes for a work team.Eli Loginova maintained a daily contact, and when necessary - at any time.When Loginova received informations in Bulgarian,oral or written - she insisted on silence,in order to record a message correctly.When she used an authomatic writing - no silence was required.
/ Justifies the digging,and praises devotion and endurance of the work teams.Attacks the "official science"./
Tsarichina is not a mystery.lt is a reality and must be studied further,for our own good and the good of a mankind.
Kubrat Tomov.-TSARICHINA- PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES THROUGH THE PRISM OF PROFESSIONAL APPROACH.
1.- Statement of questions.
1.- Excavation of tunnel of the linear length of 160 meters.Denivelation of about 40 meters,with chaotic change of direction.
2.- Search of the mysterious object of alleged cosmic origin,or of ancient highly developed civilization,with informations of the past and the future of humanity.
3.- Search of treasure and archeological objects from the time of Tsar Samuil.
4.- Presense of UFOs and other anomalous events.
5.- The area is a breaking zone from the geophysical point of view.
6.- The area is high,with healthy climate and conditions.
7.- Participation of psychics.
8.- Participation of the military.
9.- Problem of "psychotronic weapon"and security of the country. 10.- Unidentified signs of alleged writings written by S.Loginova.(Psychic who directed the search).
2.-Real problem in Tsarichina case.
- Problems 8 and 9 - psychotronic weapon and security of the state,as well as participation of the military is independent of Tsarichina case. UFO problem (4)often linked to breaking zones (5)is distinctive from Tsarichina tunnel.It requires another approach and organization.Ih has a great significance for science,and may be for the fate of humanity. Problem (5),breaking zone,search for Tsar Samuil's treasure (3)and a health curative significance of Tsarichina (6),all these problems are of independent significance and just happen to be there.
- Two serious problems of Tsarichina case are those of psychics (7) and of the object (2),of the alleged cosmic origin,or of the ancient well developed civilization on Earth,and concerning the past and the future of humanity and of course of Bulgaria.Both problems have independent significance,but also have a common link - psychics could be efficiently used in a search of the object.
- Similar questions about the objects,can be found elsewhere in Bulgaria, In this case,it is important to underline,that in my opinion there is no basis to assume that such object of Tsar Samuil's era is located in Tsarichina.Psychics who have forwarded informations in Tsarichina or elsewhere in Bulgaria,were badly compromised,because they went beyond their abilities
- The problem of writings (10) is linked to psychics and humans in general, Many of them write such signs which indeed look like ancient or contemporary writings.lt could be assumed that some of these signs were seen by psychics and forgotten,and their subconscious reproduce them.These are holograms containing informations from brains,and the psychic is able to reproduce them at times.
3.- Professionalism.
The problem of professionalism is,that in the case of Tsarichina,a largest part of specialists had no idea what a real professionalism means,the one of the high class.Here, a communist totalitarism has built,in its own image pretencious "professionals"who are nothing but "pseudo-professionals".
The example is the excavation of the tunnel.All participants displayed a lack of professionalism,with a tendency to go beyond their abilities. The justification of this state of affairs is that the world is undergoing a new scientific revolution,where a new outlook on world is emerging, integrating tendencies,knowledge and approaches.
4.- Perspectives.
There are three possible ways to solve a Tsarichina problem
1.- Only to be used are professionals of the highest level,with the understanding and participation of the state.Today's politicians, businessmen and scientists-administrators are unable to do that.
2.- The self-organization of interested institutions and individuals: establishment of the initiative committee,review of program and setting plans of action.Without the participation of the state and of the big business,this path is difficult and almost impossible today.
3.- Initiative group to formulate problems,considering voluntary participation and collaboration,which will solve certain aspects according to realistic possibilities.
- There is also a fourth way: present amateurism,which leads to haphazard results.
Kiril Kunev. -UFOLCGICAL ASPECTS OF THE “TSARICHINA” PHENOMENON
-In the period from November 1992 to November 1993, The Foundation of Cosmonoetic Investigations,registered 27 observations of anomalous occurences in the Tsarichina area.There were 26 witnesses,21 UFO sightings, 2 poltergeist cases,one sighting of 30cm.tall green-blue little human, one shining silhouette,one observation of intensive light without visible source,one observation of a triple sun.
Two cases are very illustrative: in the evening of 2 August 1993.Kalina and Maria Mincheva,and Ivan Milev sat on the terrace.At about 23.35, Kalina Mincheva noticed in South-West two unusual circles, 2.5 m. in diameter,and called others.Father Mincho Minchev joined them.All four observed the phenomenon.Both objects emitted rays from the center,and rotated clockwise.Both objects descended to the field about 150m distant. The sighting lasted 8 minutes.Few minutes later,still at South West appeared two yellow flaming spheres of 80cm.in diameter and 5-6 m.distant from each other.Both spheres followed the path of circles and when reaching the tree,one of spheres became dark-red,and both disappeared. There was no noise.
-The second case was in the beginning of June 1992,at the residence of Elka Kirova,when dogs began to howl.She noticed flaming red elliptical object with rhomboid protrusions.lt moved at an altitude of 4-5 m. to- ward the famous "excavation".The sighting lasted 5 minutes.The next day ilka felt tired and exhausted,unable to do anything.
-In majority of cases,it is supposed that they were mysterious energy fields.In one case,the object was physical.
-At the end of May 1992, Danail Doytchev,residing in the village of Busindol. was awaken by an intense light,coming from the window.He saw in his yard a dark conical object, about 6m. high. Doytchev tried to approach the object but it rose with a muffled sound,its base emitting flames.Next morning, Doytchev found a round circle of crushed grass,several meters in diameter.
- 26 out Of 27 cases,have occured between December 1990 and August 1993,duri: the"Tsarichina expedition".One case occured in the winter 1953-1954,reported by Dr.Stefan Siarov.Parish priest Boris Angelkov,serving Tsarichina, observed a landing near the village of "saucer with cover"from which exited 3 humanoid figures,described by the priest as "Santa Clauses".
-Early morning, on 17 December 1989, several independent witnesses observed from the Military Sanatorium in Banki, the landing of an object near the building, and from which came out 3 humanoid figures.
-On 18 December 1989, around 19.00, in Banki,captain Krasimir Vetskov,video-taped for 17 minutes an UFO flying over Gradoman and Lulin mountains.The tape was given to Foundation for Cosmonoetic Investigations and is still kept there.
-On 27 November 1991»at 18.00,Traicho Kolev,residing in Banki,was abducted by the UFO.At 24.00,without remembering what happened during last 6 hours,
he found himself in the village Meshtitsa,several kilometers away.
-Observations in Tsarichina area occured mostly between 22-24 hours. page 13.
-The level of credibility of witnesses' reports is very high.Many of
them voiced their initial skepticism and commented the event with:"
"if I had not see it myself - I would not believe it".
-The veracity of occurences is indirectly confirmed.Example is when signal
of UFO appearance was received by military unit in Ponor.UFO was tracked
and found hovering over Tsarichina.Officers Petkov and Angelov,observed
similar objects in 1990 and 1991.
-All observations were sudden,while observers were performing their usual
activities.The possibility of fabrication is excluded.Only two witnesses
reported their sightings to the Foundation,others have to be found.
-The social status of the witnesses: ministry consultant,member of commi-
sion in the parlament,priest,student,business manager,service worker,
civil servant,unemployed,retired.No one of them is prominently known.
-Of 26 witnesses, 15 were passing through this area, 11 are residents.
12 are women,14 are men.
-As it is well known, on 23 October 1990, members of the Initiative committee of the Phenomenon Association,proposed to the. then chief of the scientific section of General Staff,colonel Naplatanov,a program for research on human bioenergy.There were successful conversations with then chief of the General Staff general-colonel Radniu Minchev who had an operative power to render a decision.This contact was a channel through which later was flowinf an info-virus,whose victims were senior and highe: officers.After the proposed energo-info channel,followed a second stage of UFO-manipulated influence,directed at one person subjected to it.Usually this is obtained by demonstrations of miracles: short-term ESP prognostics ,premonitial dreams,telepathy,clear-vision,clear-audience,idea of the contacts with extra-terrestrials,proposal for a grand mission,short-term bio-energetic abilities etc.
-In his complaint to the Ministry of Defense,and to the Attorney General, regarding a tragic death of his daughter,emphasizes that the meeting between members of Association Phenomenon and General-Colonel Minchev ressem-bled a bio-energo-theraupethic seance conducted by psychics Dimitri Sira-kov and Dora Petrova.General Minchev wanted to meet them befor kis official trip abroad.It must be noted that both,Sirakov and Petrova are not only bio-energy therapists,but also contactees.Contactees are people who assert that they can communicate with representatives of extra-terrestrial civilizations,from whom they receive informations ,by non-traditional. means about other worlds,about past and future of humanity or individuals How General Minchev was influenced by all this - can only be guessed. In psychotronics,programs could be transmitted through the psychic-inductor,to the subconscious of the recipient,which dictates his future condu<
-On 21 November 1990 was formed Association Phenomenon,with as co-founders were members of Ministry of Defense.Few days later unexpectedly appeared Dimitri Kekemenov.He stated that for some time,an inner voice pushed him to a certain spot in Tsarichina,and compelled him to pay attention to it. His condition was accompanied with a well known to the ufologists dreams. He said that in a dream,appeared to him .Rakovski ,Levski ,Botev and Vazov. Rakovski put his hand on Kekemenov's shoulder and said:"Dimitri Bulgarian lead bulgars!"Then Kekemenov received information that he is a descendant of Tsar Samuil,and that he has to accomplish something great.He confided to members of Association,that in Tsarichina is located a large,golden treasure.This he received from the "cosmic intelligence."
-The condition was to notify the military only,because they will not look for profit.
-On 3 December 1990, psychics Dimitri Sirakov and Dora Petrova, informed the Chief of the General Staff on Kekemenov's story.For verification, there was a talk with Kekemenov, attended by Colonel Naplatanov,Colonel Kunev and Major Serafimov,- all from scientific section of the General dtaff.Psychics Sirakov and Petrova,who also were present,confirmed the existence of the "object".
-That same evening, contactee Elizaveta Loginova informed the Chief of the General Staff that she carries important information, which she received from her channel "Roro".The seance lasted for two hours.What information Loginova transmitted - we don't know.The only fact, mentionned in Col.Naplatanov's complaint,are some drawings which Loginova has drawn automatically.One of these represented General-Colonel Minchev's Turkish counterpart with "transmitter-receiver antenna"on his head."Roro" also confirmed the existence of a treasure in Tsarichina,and warned the Chief of the General Staff that he gives him 3 days to discover,extract and recover the treasure.
-This session could be considered as an activation of disinformation: short term prognoses. When the moment for a decision has arrived,it was necessary to make General Colonel Minchev believe in reported "from atove"information. Without his permission,the enterprise "excavation" will not take place.He had to be convinced.And he was.The next day, 5 December 1990,the Ministry of Defense team,with contactees Dimitri Sirakov,Dora Petrova and Marina Naplatanova went on the recognizance of the area.When they returned - General Colonel Minchev has already devised a plan of action,called operation "Glory".
-All went at a fast pace.On 3 December gen. Minchev heard Kekemenov's story,and on 6th,-excavation began in Tsarichina.
-It is known to ufologists that during an implementation of any UFO manipulation,that person is placed in a state of an extreme tension,which prevents him to analyze a process in which he is involved.The sobering comes much later.
-One Russian ufologist says:"Where UFO appears - there is death.As to confirm this statement,a tragedy struck.On 8 February 1991,after a systematic psychological torment "connected to "info-center"named system Kiki,its transmitter - Marina Naplatanova ended her life.
-The author of this report,after a lengthy study of an extraterrestrial psycho-technical manipulation,concluded that where there is an intrigue with dubious characters,whose participants convincingly manifest extraterrestrial subject - always UFO interference is apparent.This convinced this author that there must be an UFO appearance in Tsarichina.During an initial visit in November 1992,9 sightings were reported,observed by 4 witnesses.
-If Tsarichina case is a result of manipulation by UFO - what is a sense of it?It seems it was a psychological test,whish is a part of extraterrestrials' own purposes.This problem should be studied.
