In my family, we said an antiphon and a short prayer following the litany, which I never learned in English as it was not part of the practice at school. I have provided a translation.

My Missal recommends a Credo dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus after this, but that was not part of our practice at home. We did end the whole recitation with -

The Wedding at Cana



The first miracle of Jesus, and his self-manifestation, was at a wedding in Cana, where he opened the hearts of his disciples to faith. Mary, his mother, said to the waiters "So whatever he tells you". May we be faithful to the Word Incarnate, and obedient to his will.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed by thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
