Songs for Japan

L'album benefico "Songs for Japan", con canzoni di vari autori, negli USA ha già raccolto la somma di 5 milioni di dollari. La notizia è stata comunicata oggi dalle etichette coinvolte, e si specifica che i primi 2 milioni sono stati consegnati già il mese scorso alla Croce Rossa giapponese per aiuti alle popolazioni colpite dal terremoto e tsunami; altri 3 milioni sono stati versati invece lo scorso lunedì. Il doppio CD, disponibile anche come download, è uscito il 25 marzo su iTunes e il 4 aprile in forma "fisica". Ad oggi sono state vendute più di 500.000 copie in entrambi i formati.
