Per un ascolto ottimale, l'elenco dei brani dal CD ELV1S 30 # HITS è stato invertito. Le prime 18 canzoni, da "A little less conversation" a "Stuck on you" sono state mixate dai masters originali multi-traccia mentre le ultime tredici, da "A big hunk o'love" a "Heartbreak hotel", sono state mixate dai nastri originali in mono. Tutti i brani sono stati mixati e masterizzati in suono Surround 5.1
Include il libretto di 24 pagine presente nel corrispettivo CD audio.
Le tracce dalla 32 alla 37 confrontano le versioni originali con le versioni stereo appena mixate e masterizzate; sono inoltre presenti tre inedite outtakes in stereo.
