VERY IMPORTANT! Only major girls (18 years old or more) can participate!
1-A swap will last 1 or 2 months and its theme will be decided together. The swap of 1 month will begin the 1st day of the month and it will end the last day of the same month. The swap of 2 monts will begin the 1st day of the month and it will end the last day of the next month. You have to send your swap at least 5 days before the end of the month.
2-You don’t have to participate in every swap to join the Girl’s Kawaii Swap Community! You’ll decide to take part only to the swap you want.
3-You can’t ask to participate to a swap when the registration for that swap is closed.
4-At the registration at the community you have to compile your personal profile that will be published in the forum. You also have to give your home address to the admin Girl’s kawaii swap or to a moderator (Reira, Sweetangel82, Celeste9, Apina_beegirl). The address won’t be showed to everybody, we give it only to the girl who has been chosen to send you the swap.
5-10 days before the beginning of each swap we activate a survey to choose the theme.
6-We tell to every swapper the girl to send the presents the 1st day of swapping.
7-You have to stay in theme!! Only a few times the theme may have free interpretation (example: a season).
8-The maximum price of a swap is 10€.
9-There is no limit to the number of presents you can send, but they have to be at least 3! You can send selfmade crafts of something bought.
10-You have to post the picture of the swap you've received.
11-You DON’T have to say the name of the girl you’ll send the swap. Who disobeys 2 times will be banned!
12-If you participate in a swap but then you don’t send your gifts without giving a valid reason you’ll be banned after two times.
13-Please read the personal profile of the girl you will send the swap: in this way you won't have any problem to find what she likes.
