join the french movement !

Hi,
I'm a french student, as you have probably heard, we're fighting against an unfir contract of labour for youth.
In fact, this contract is the "excuse" to react against the way society consider youth.
Maybe from other countries it seems to be the symbol of the french national leisure : strike. It's false, i agree it can only happens here, last week we were 3 millions on street, 75 000 in my city which is the "best score" since WW2.
Governement is stupid, they can't solve problem because they (villepin/ sarkozy) only want to be the leader of conservative party for the presidential next year.
... So, they don't react, we continue ! To be honest when we started, we didn't think we'll win, but their attitude make people more and more angry.
So marches grows and the movement grows too, now it isn't only agaisnt this bloody CPE (First employement contract) but against the unfair attitude against youth.

To explain to foreigners, i'd say that french history is the pursuit of an ideal : "liberté égalité fraternité". Of course we're far to be closer of it... but we try ! So each reform which go in the wrong way is ... blocked ! sometimes it's a good thing, sometimes it isn't when people himself go in the wrong way like for UE constitution ...
And we don't have a culture of dialogue so i must admit that things are difficult to change in france. But on the other hand, this strong power of mobilization is a good thing if you show the good direction, people run ! lol
So to sum up, we "can't" say like brittish " we've got this situation, where can we go ?" but we say " we want to go in this direction, what's the road ? "

So i repeat : it's a positive movement, we want to change things and we want to take our place in society ! we're not conservative, we know we need reforms and we want it ! But not in this way.

We only want a job, a flat and be respected by banks ! it's not a utopic thing ... so it's a very serious movement, the contrary of May 68 in france where people had job but not enough freedom in conservative society.

generazione 1.000 euro has the same objective : we don't want to be a product, to be hired and fired each week...

A last thing : maybe you won't understand what i wrote : i'm a very normal person, not a "leader" of the movement ! Not a revolutionary, a curious student, that's all
