First, I will wear something underneath the blouse (is too cold)...and my skirt is longer.

In my little paese they have a Halloween parade (I will participate with my kids) and then we go from house to house trick-or-treating
My village is full of victorian houses, so it's just like you see in the movies
Afterwards, everyone goes to McDonalds

Ma è sicuro mangiare caramelle e dolcetti regalati da estranei? Me lo sono sempre chiesto, anche perché immagino che poi sarebbe molto difficile risalire al "donatore"

Mi pare che ci sia una scena del film di Michael Moore, "Bowling at Columbine" su questo: dopo l'11 settembre ci sono state mille polemiche per la sicurezza dei dolcetti di Halloween. Pero' gli unici casi registrati di avvelenamento sono stati tutti di bambini avvelenati -intenzionalmente- da un membro della loro famiglia...

Normally I would say it would be risky eating candy from unknown origins. But in our village, there are only private houses and the Trick-or-Treating is monitored by the police. The police follow the children around from house to house (this is after Sept. 11). So, it's pretty safe.And the parents are all there as well. All children need to be escorted and as soon as it gets dark it's over.

Look at my neighbor's house (built 1870) - 3 people live in it mannaggia!
