Ricordiamo che tra i lakers hanno militato giocatori del calibro di Wilt Chamberlain, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar e tutt'ora presenti Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, Karl Malone e Gary Payton.
