Direi di no, almeno a mio modesto avviso...
I Linkin Park per me non sono neanche lontanamente comparabili con i Green Day. Direi che prima di tutto c'è una bella differenza di genere: i Linkin fanno Fusion (altrimenti detto Hardcore quando si parla di metal...) e i Green Day qualcosa che in molti chiamano Punk, ma che il realtà è solo pop-punk. I Green Day erano forti un tempo, ora si sono commercializzati e mi dispiace dirlo ma hanno avuto una grossa caduta di stile.
E poi...vuoi mettere la voce di Chester Bennington? Cioè, l'avete visto in concerto?! I Linkin Park sono trai gruppi che mi hanno inizato al rock. Peccato che il loro prossimo album ritarderà ad uscire, causa: Mike Shimoda (quello che rappa, in pratica) sta lavorando con un gruppo tutto suo...

Per quanto riguarda la questione commerciali o non commerciali... Ok, i Green Day dei tempi di Dookie, Nimrod eccetera erano DAVVERO forti. A mio parere lo sono ancora, anche perchè io credo che qualsiasi gruppo famoso sia almeno un po' commerciale, altrimenti non venderebbe i propri cd. Per 'diffondere idee' e per la 'voglia di celebrità' si metterebbe a regalarli in piazza i cd. Ah, ma così non diventerebbe famoso!
I gruppi DAVVERO non commerciali sono quelli sconosciuti.

linkin park, ma mi piacciono molto anche i green day.
i lp però sono stati il mio primo amore, dopo eminem e i pink floyd...cioè....ho scoperto questo mondo e subito dopo ho scoperto loro, diciamo!
non è chiaro, ma ad ogni modo sono affezionata ai Linkin park, e la fusione delle voci di Chester e di Mike mi fa impazzire!

Beh...io dico green day, però i lp mi piacciono assai! E anche la canzone dei Fort Minor(la band di mike)...però i gd non li batte nessuno.
Per la questione che i gd sono commerciali: Certo, probabilmente prima avevano più credibilità...però non riesco a non amarli perché sono commerciali...nel mio intimo non lo sono, perché mi danno emozioni che provo solo io e nel mio pensiero li concepisco in modo tutto mio...e poi è da quest'anno che li conosco quindi è inevitabile che considero speciale american idiot...io non lo vedo come un fenomeno commerciale (e tutte le conseguenze, vedi ragazze della mia età urlanti che si strappano i capelli), l'interpretazione è solo mia e io lo vedo perfetto...i gd sono perfetti...detto questo...

Non saprei. Mi piacciono relativamente entrambi.
(Nel senso che non li ascolto in occasioni particolari ma un po' sempre, ed andrei volentieri ad un concerto di entrambi i gruppi)
Sono due generi diversi, quindi ritengo che non si possa fare un confronto. Come hanno già detto fanno due praticamente alieni l'uno dall'altro.
A me comunque piacciono entrambi. Non deciderei per nessuno dei due.
Ps: Ma davvero i Fort Minor sono la nuova banda di Mike? Ecco perchè mi piaceva quella canzone....

Indubbiamente Linkin Park, anche se magari mi danno un po' di noia. I Green day, personalmente, han fatto poche canzoni carine: Warning sola mi viene in mente ora, ed è vecchiotta...XDD
Comunque tra i due gruppi entrambi mi danno noia...ma comunque è solo un'idea personale...XDD |
