Decided to watch the Cheating Death, Stealing Life DVD and they had the advertisement for Benoit's DVD, which I never bought. So I decided to browse Amazon and Easy-Bay for a copy.
I found a brand new copy for $17.99. It's not on either of those sites, and I won't reveal it. IT'S ALL MINE!! HA HA HA HA!!
I have the Hard Knocks DVD. Top notch. I've seen it in Sunrise Records for 10 bucks before which is kind of a piss off since it was $30 when I got it.

Mmmmm that's the game that started it all for me. I remember when I first picked it up the only two guys I knew was Kane and The Rock. Say what you want but that was a fun game. Each guy having the same generic 5-10 moves didn't bother me a bit. That also started my video game feud with Triple H, in the tag team storyline he betrayed me, a feud which has lasted every game up til' now.

I was Eddie Guerrero and Double Ho Seven beat my ass. I kept pressing Square to strike like X is on the 360.

Just Bring It was the worst wrestling game on the SmackDown series.
-Story Mode was stupid and repetitive.
-There was no Alliance (ECW/WCW) in the game at all.
-Gameplay was horrid.
I used to play the hell out of it though back when I was a kid.

JBI was great, my main created guy I used was fucked up, you could beat on him forever and I wouldnt have to do a thing and he'd kick out. I remember going to the bathroom during a 2p last man standing match with my best friend and he just kept getting up even tho he's getting wailed on with weapons and shit.
Every single one of their games has been shit since Here Comes the Pain(although I did have a hilarious Handicap Match Championship consisting of Beavis and Butthead in the first SDvR). Shut Your Mouth was somewhere in the middle. I was stupidly good at all 3 of them. Either that or everyone I knew sucked.

Me and wrestling games go WAAAY back. My first games were the old WWF Attitude and WWF Warzone. Then a couple of God awful WCW games, then Smackdown 1, and so forth...
That fad has stopped though for me. The last wrestling game i owned was SvR 07. Here Comes The Pain remains my all time favourite, then Shut Your Mouth. I did love the storylines for Just Bring It though, for
some reason.

I played No Mercy on the N64 the other day. It is still really enjoyable and it gives you a nice bit of nostalgia too as the roster barely looks the same today. Smackdown 1 & 2 on the PS1 are sitting around somewhere too.
That Triple H segment was so shite. So they were trying to pass off he was a pervert by coming across naked pictures. And then there were undertones that Chavo had a fetish for incest by bidding on naked pictures of his on-screen aunt. Those PG rating must be fairly lax in the States then.
And I still can't decide if that or letting McTool loose with the microphone was the worst part of the show. Kizary looked meh, his mannerisms were good but nothing impressive in the ring and his finisher was an absolute mess. It's hard to see where he will fit in, maybe mid-card mediocrity.

This week's Smackdown was just terrible all up, but the worst part of the show was definately McCool. Her acting is just so, so unnatural, and the "beatdown" was embarressing frankly. It seemed as though Eve (another questionable employee) had some trouble selling pain, and just seemed to keep sitting up even after being hurled in the steps, post, and barricade. Is she supposed to be a zombie or something?
And was it just me, or was there some spastic hired to control the "fans cheering" function this week? The crowd would just uproar in approval at the most immediate, akward times.

Ha, yeah I know they pipe in cheers, but it was overboard at time this week. And the people in charge of cutting out the violence (I tape the show when it is on at 10am, so they cut out weapons and such) were strange too. When McCool hit Eve with the mic, instead of that they cut to some wacko, zombie like person in the group with a crazed expression on his face like he had just escaped from the institute or was really, really high on drugs.
I hope they aren't leading to a McCool/Eve feud, that would be truly awful. Apparently Eve had a FCW match the other week and she was terrible. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if she got sacked especially if she isn't coming along in the ring, and sure she is pretty but backstage people are a dime a dozen.

San Diego is a very dangerous team, they just seem to be clicking heading down the stretch, although LT seems to always be gimpy at this time. I definetly wouldn't want to run into this team, although I don't think they will go all the way...but it will still be tough for either Tenn. Or Pitt. to take them out.
