December 29th:
As was announced yesterday at ROHWrestling.com, ROH’s debut in Los Angeles on January 29th will be headlined by a gigantic 8-Man Tag Team Main Event (http://www.rohwrestling.com/news/article.aspx?id=3131). The Briscoe Brothers want nothing more than to avenge the beatdown put on them by the newly reunited Kings of Wrestling at Final Battle, but conveniently Hero and Castagnoli are out of the country until the end of January. When the six-time ROH World Tag Team Champions petitioned for a match, Shane Hagadorn stepped in and refused. ROH officials proposed a way to get it done, and it’s signed.
The Briscoes will team with the Young Bucks to face The Kings of Wrestling and the American Wolves on January 29th! Also signed for January 29th as part of the WrestleReunion 4 convention and Ring of Honor’s debut in Los Angeles is a matchup that could have Pick 6 ramifications. Joey Ryan has been the stalwart “hired Magnum” of Prince Nana’s Embassy and is ready to make impact in ROH. “ROH is coming to my neck of the woods,” said Ryan. “This is the place that true stars call home, and this is the place where I start my ascent in 2010. And my first step to the top of Mount Sleaze will start with the man that has yet to make that final ascent – Tyler Black.”
It’s Ryan versus Black on January 29th! Black is currently ranked sixth in the Pick 6 Standings, and if he makes it to L.A. ranked, this match could be worth so much more to Nana and Ryan.

Ring of Honor is very happy for the success that Nick and Matt Jackson – The Young Bucks – have enjoyed in 2009. And so it is with a bittersweet smile that we will soon bid adieu to this charismatic team with such potential. We already know that the Bucks will team with the Briscoe Brothers for 8 Man Tag Team action on January 29 in Los Angeles. December 29th: ROH officials are happy to announce that the Human Tornado will be a part of February 5th and 6th ROH on HDNet National Television tapings in Philadelphia as well as Ring of Honor’s 8th Anniversary Show taking place on February 13th in the heart of New York City!

Kenny King, fresh off securing the number 4 position by virtue of his win over Roderick Strong at Final Battle has signed to face El Generico. Generico has been extremely reclusive since his world unraveled at Final Battle, seeming only to be speaking to Colt Cabana, and has yet to publicly comment on Kevin Steen or what took place. Signed for January 9th in South Philly is another Pick 6 matchup with subplots galore. Kevin Steen is currently ranked #2, and after what happened in New York City last month, no one knows where his mind it at. He’s signed to face Delirious, a man that found himself on the wrong side of the Embassy at Final Battle. Delirious was an original member of the Pick 6 and is looking to get back into contention, while everyone is simply looking for answers from Steen. Perhaps we’ll get some on January 9th.
