ON FIRE IN FLORIDA

La Straight Arrow con il doppio cd "On fire in Florida" ci porta al tour di Febbraio '77, nello specifico allo spettacolo di Hollywood, del 12 Febbraio 1977 ( pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1994 dalla Stage Entertainment col titolo "Hot time in Miami" e in cd-r col titolo "Unchained In Hollywood") e quello di West Palm Beach del giorno seguente, edito in passato, in forma incompleta, nel cd della southern style "Coming On Strong".
Le due registrazioni sono ovviamente audience, tratte dai nastri registrati da un fan presente ad entrambi gli spettacoli.

amici, ma avete notato quanto sono belli ed energici gli show del tour di Febbraio 1977? Lo stato di grazia del mini tour di fine '76 perdura per mesi dopo, sino al Febbraio, caratterizzato da shows belli "pieni" e tosti.

In latter years like '76 even whilst he was at Vegas his shows were energetic and very different .As a long term fan of many years I was lucky to collect many shows during my lifetime like the Pittsburgh show from December 31st '76 that was released on Spirit Of America label and FTD .
In early to mid '77 he (Elvis) changed his setlist yet again and produced great arrangements to his shows with a jazzy theme .eg . Polk Salad Annie and such
