si possono unire queste due formule?:
=C2="" (se vuoto non colorare)
=C2<2 (se minore di 2 colora)

Devi gestire le regole di "Formattazione condizionale":
ti basta inserire per valori inferiori al valore 2. |

al momento non posso testare quello che ti dico, comunque prova a scrivere così:
=E(C2<>"";C2<2)
